With great pride we would like to announce that none other than OGANO SITTE (Darco x Avontuur) will enrich our stallion collection in the 2024 breeding season.
As one of the best Darco sons, he brings with him not only a first-class pedigree but also an impressive sporting track record and numerous successful offspring.
His sire Darco, who won all the Grand Prix and was seventh in the individual classification at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, made his mark on the international show jumping scene with offspring such as Sapphire (Mc Lain Ward/USA), Parco (Ludo Philippaerts/BEL) and Winningmood (Luciana Diniz/POR).
The suffix "Sitte" goes back to his great-granddam Gute Sitte, a successful Hanoverian daughter of the stamp stallion Grande who won team bronze at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montréal with Eric Wauters/BEL. The name "Sitte" is synonymous with exceptional quality in show jumping worldwide.
Ogano Sitte achieved international success up to 4-star level under Dominique Hendrix and won the Grand Prix CSI**** in Naples. The stallion is characterized by an enormous fighting spirit and excellent attitude. Over 50 of his offspring have made it into the big sport, including Arac du Seigneur/Angelique Rüsen (GER), H&M Ikker/N.u.O.Philippaerts (BEL), Sisley de la Tour Vidal/P.Leprvost (FRA), Aganix du Seigneur/Jos Lansink (BEL), Button Sitte/R.Moloney (IRL), Viego les Hauts/V. We would like to thank the Böckmann family,where Ogano Sitte was stationed since 2017 and enjoyed the best care. Saying goodbye to this exceptional stallion was certainly not easy. We promise to take the best possible care of him and to continue to represent you with dignity.
