Successful weekend for our stallions in Scharnebeck

With an impressive performance, Diamant van Klapscheut Z (Diamant de Semilly – Cicero Z) made his debut at the 1.50 m level last weekend – and immediately secured a strong second place in the Grand Prix of Scharnebeck, a CSI*** class with jump-off.

The highly talented 9-year-old stallion delivered a flawless round in the first phase, followed by another clear and confidently ridden jump-off round, earning him a well-deserved second place in a competitive field. With exceptional reflexes, outstanding rideability, and careful technique at the fence, Diamant van Klapscheut Z not only confirmed his potential for top-level sport, but also his significance as a breeding stallion – backed by a dam line that includes Koriana and Coriana van Klapscheut, tracing back to international 1.60 m performers and renowned sires such as Darco and Heartbreaker.

Diamant van Klapscheut Z is available to breeders this season via fresh semen.

His stablemates also delivered age-appropriate performances in the young horse classes: Chicago Blue VDL, a direct son of Chacco Blue out of Cella (ridden by Ben Maher), placed 2nd and 5th in the two class A young horse competitions. Uncle Joe van‘t Meulenhof (Libero H – Carthago) also delivered a solid round and took 3rd place in his class.
